To provide financial control and support key projects. Proactive and self-motivated approach required to ensure that benefits and costs built into business cases for the project are validated across the business.

One of the main challenges of the role is to demonstrate the value of the programme, to achieve cost and KPI targets in the current year and through the life of the project. This will be achieved through building strong relationships, financial evaluation and understanding the commercial impact of both projects.

Key Stakeholders include:- Functional/ITN/Finance Directors, Programme Office, FT

Main Activities:

-Ensure Business Cases are robust in their commercial and financial evaluation

-Control and Support with proactive and timely reporting and tracking

-Resource & Supplier Contract Management

List the key performance indicators

• Timely weekly reports issued providing status progress
• Strong management of opex and capex budget;
• Accuracy of the forecast for both internal and external spend
• The planning cycle is proactively managed, leading to robust financial planning ensuring proper funding is in place and any risks is communicated well in advance.
